George Burt has created a tribute for the late Susan Alcorn, the innovative pedal steel guitar player and friend of GIO who died earlier this year. The piece will feature a text by the Galician poet Rosalia de Castro, and will reference the total eclipse that will take place over Galicia and central Spain in August 2026.
